Layers of Jersey Tomato, Grilled Eggplant, Zucchini and Squash  with a lemon shallot Vinaigrette & shaved pecorino Romano

Sesame Chicken Skewers

Skewered chicken tenders with a sweet and sour sauce finished with black and white sesame seeds

Vegetable Pasta Ragu

Fresh Parpadella Pasta tossed with eggplant and fresh mozzarella Finished in a light tomato fennel sage broth

Sole Francaise

Egg battered pan sautéed Dover sole on a bed of spinach and diced Jersey tomatoes with a lemon caper beurre blanc

Chicken Savoy

Herb and pecorino encrusted Pan Seared Bone in chicken Served with hot and sweet peppers in a balsamic vinegar reduction

Filet Tips Wellington

Filet Mignon Tips, wild mushrooms, pearl onions & asparagus baked in a sherry cream sauce topped with Puff Pastry.
